Grandpa tells Billy a good night story, that ends in an eye opener!
Background
Bad Pipes is a mini short based on some strange deep seated fear I have of toilet pipes. I always find myself starring down the pipes expecting some nasty unwanted monster to leap out and suck my face in, or at the very least, rip it off (my face).
So, this is the incarnation I've come up with to deal with that fear I've got.
I'm planning to submit this as a short film to various web sites: BBC, Depict...again, and anywhere else I can find that might take the poor bastard.
My plan is to ensure I've got the right script, storyboard every shot and angle. Then I'm going to do a test video using my normal 'cheapy' camera, edit it and discuss appropriate sound with the usual crew. Then, once we're happy with everything I want to hire the 'proper' equipment and re-film and re-edit. I'm taking it for granted that the second time around should be easier.
All that said, I may edit the first version and then decide the entire idea is a load of rubbish.
