Dying Wishes

Background
This is an idea that I think I would need a nice tight script, storyboard and actors for.
Man lays in foetal position on bed. A bare foot girl quietly enters the room and slips behind him on the bed. He doesn't move.
Lines like: "why did you leave me?" "I miss you" - non interactive statements.
Bit by bit we reveal that this girl was his girlfriend. She died in a car crash (or something). She will move and talk behind the man, but he doesn't respond to her.
Finally we reveal that he has taken an overdose of sleeping pills. He falls in to one final sleep.
We pull back slowly upward with overhead shot showing the full room, as we pull back a man is standing at the doorway. It's him. He beckons the girl, and they leave together hand in hand.
